Submission of Application

Completed application in the proforma available on this web site is to be submitted two weeks prior to the commencement of the particular course to the Director, ATI-EPI, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad - 500013 alongwith passport size photograph (in case of private candidates only) and attested copies in proof of the academic and technical qualifications, alongwith application and registration charges. Separate application is to be submitted for each course.

Useful Information

• Application form in the proforma given in this web site, duly filled in should reach the Director three weeks before the commencement of the course.
• Organizational sponsorship is preferred.
• Acceptance of private candidates is at the discretion of the authorities of the Institute.
• All the courses start at 09:15 hrs. on the date of commencement. In case the date of commencement of any course happens to be a holiday, the course will start on the next working day.
• Nominees / Participants should not start journey for joining any programme / course until they receive confirmation from the institute. Confirmation may be obtained over telephone or fax.
• Accommodation for ladies and family accommodation is not available.
• Hostel facilities are provided subject to availability of rooms.
• Tailor made course or off-campus courses are designed and conducted on specific request from Central / State Government departments / organizations, industries (Both Private and Public Sector) wherever feasible to cater to their specific needs in the field of Electronics, Information Technology and Process Instrumentation.
• Short term courses schedule will be published quarterly in 'Employment News'.
• Director can alter or cancel the course(s) without assigning any reason.
